Our communities are THEMED residential areas. Some include low–impact commercial areas. Most are basically pine-wooded hillside areas made up of people who:

• "Enjoy Being Outdoors in Second Life"
• Like hanging out in a relaxing place
• Love dogs, cats and horses
• And DON'T like ad-farms and their clutter

The Basic Rules

To ensure that the sim can maintain its zoning guidelines, it is a rental only community. This allows for a better experience for all the citizens.

The rules can be summarized as:

• First and Foremost — Be Considerate
• Low-impact commercial welcomed and encouraged. An area at the intersection of two Linden Roads has been set aside for this purpose. Home sites may be used for low-impact commercial (see below)
• no Casinos, no Clubs*, no Camping, no Ad Farms, no Lag Hogs

The Common Sense Summary

Really, if you are just considerate of others, you don't need to read the fine print. Use common sense when purchasing structures, outdoor fittings and the like. Make sure they fit within the theme set for that community. If you are trying to use this list to find loopholes of what you can get away with, this community is probably not for you.
